Finally, on a personal note: I'm delighted to announce that my mom and I got tickets yesterday to Diana Gabaldon's appearance in Philadelphia on June 17! We were very lucky; the auditorium seating sold out about ten minutes after tickets went on sale at 10 am. (They have an overflow seating area where they will be doing a video simulcast of the event, and tickets for that may still be available.)
