Dear Karen (and all)--Needless to say, I'm just DELIGHTED with her response! I wanted to make sure everyone here saw it, because it's really intended not just for me, but for all of you, the readers of Outlandish Observations, who took the time to put your thoughts down in writing and send them to me. I couldn't have done it without you!
Just wanted to come by in person to thank you all--so much!--for the wonderful book of essays. They're delightful: funny, heart-wrenching, and everything in between. Thanks so much for giving me these little pieces of yourselves; I treasure them.
